The Digital Disciple blog has content about faith, life, and technology. I use categories to sort out the posts and make content a little easier to find. This site map provides another way for you to see what I have written and find it easily. [Some of the categories mentioned below are not re-posted yet.]
The site began as a technology blog with a lot of content about tablet and phone screen resolutions. It was the top hit for the Google search “tablet screen resolution.” That information is on the list to add later.
The Summer of 2014 at The Cleveland Clinic
I re-started the blog after an extended stay at the Cleveland Clinic in 2014. Over a period of 9 weeks, I died once, almost died twice, was in a coma for a week and began learning to walk again. The posts about what happened are found under the category: The Cleveland Clinic. Along with the update posts, I did a series of posts about what I was learning along the way. Those posts are found under the category: CC – Lessons Learned.
Death and Dying
I am not an expert on the topic of death and dying. I have only died once and, obviously, I wasn’t very good at it because I am writing a blog post two years later. But, the experience was still a cause for some reflection. You can read about it starting here. I originally wrote the reflections on death and dying from the Cleveland Clinic two years ago. Those posts are under the category: Death and Dying.
Same-Sex Marriage and Same-Sex Attraction
In July 2015, the United States Supreme Court released the Obergefell decision legalizing same-sex marriage. I did a series of posts explaining the decision and talking about some long-term legal implications of the decision. Those posts are found under the category: Obergefell.
